They’re Ripening!
Where has the time gone ?! This is the fourth year we’ll been pressing and making our delicious apple juice. A modest crop of Discovery apples, but a bumper crop of some of the older varieties like William Crump will be giving us some more delicious flavours this season.
Here we go again….
Time to start getting plump!
Right! Now it’s time for getting plump.. We want some nice big juicy apples for squishing!
Well no one told the daffodils this was going to happen..
Well the snowdrops may have gone, but the daffodils may be regretting they were quite so keen! Hopefully this is the last icy blast of Winter.
